After a long journey, Kunal Calcium Limited is now among the biggest producers of precipitated calcium carbonate, with an annual production capacity of 72,000 MT. KCL is a WHO-GMO, Halal, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and FSSC 22000:2018 Certified Company. KCL also possesses an FSSAI license, a GMP certificate, and a drug manufacturing license.

For the first time in India, 36 roller mills have just been put into service with the goal of increasing GCC production capacity to 75,000 MTPA. Additionally, equipment for coated ground calcium carbonate has been erected on the property, which will increase production capacity even more.

In order to increase the production capacity of precipitated and ground calcium carbonate to 150000 MTPA overall, a new high capacity boiler and a new turbine have also been put into service.

Milestones

1997- Incorporated with a 10,000 MTPA initial installed capacity
2003- Raises the production capacity to 40000 MTPA by installing a new boiler and a 0.75 MW turbine to suit the plant's power needs.
2006- Public Limited Company was formed out of Kunal Calcium Private Limited.
2007- Raise the output to 50,000 metric tons per year
2010- Raise the output to 60,000 metric tons per year
2017- Including a new production plant for Grounded Calcium Carbonate that will have two rolling mills set up and a 25000 MTPA initial output capacity.
2019- Raises the precipitated calcium carbonate production capacity to 75000 MTPA by installing a new boiler and a 2.00 MW turbine to suit the plant's power needs. In addition, 36 roller mills, the first of its kind in India, have been put into service to increase the GCC's production capacity to 75,000 MTPA. Additionally, equipment for coated ground calcium carbonate has been erected on the property, which will increase production capacity even more.

Infrastructure & Facilities

Manufacturing Facility- On a 25-acre plot of land on the JagadhariBilaspur Highway in Bilaspur, at the edge of the Twin Cities of Yamuna Nagar and Jagadhari, Haryana, is Kunal Calcium Limited. The facility is green and complies with all environmental regulations that are upheld by the law. The Factory maintains its coal and limestone stockyards to ensure that the Facility runs continuously.
Office- Within the manufacturing grounds is the administrative office, which is completely furnished with cutting-edge amenities like a conference room with technology. Yamuna Nagar serves as the Registered Office for managing all of the business's operations. Delhi is home to the company's regional marketing office.
Quality Control- The majority of contemporary, internationally standard microbiology and analytical laboratories are available at Kunal Calcium Limited. With the newest stainless steel machinery and equipment to satisfy all requirements, our manufacturing facility has been expanded and changed for all critical applications, including pharmaceutical, food industry, nutrition, and toothpaste - oral care applications.
Power Generation- Kunal Calcium Limited has effectively put into service a captive co-generation power plant on its property, which produces affordable power and offers a continuous power supply to the manufacturing facility. There is now a 2 MW power generation capacity.
Packing & Logistics- Kunal Calcium Limited offers a variety of HDPE bags, Paper Industry bags, and Jumbo bags in various capacities to give customers personalized packaging solutions. To safeguard the substance throughout transportation, the utmost care is used during handling, loading, and storage. Batch numbers and manufacture dates are recorded in the inventory to help the warehouse teams arrange the finished goods in the appropriate location at the appropriate time.
